The cinema is located in the Storyteller building, which has step-free access from Sidcup High Street. There are no steps at the entrance.

The screening rooms are on the upper level and are accessible via a lift. If you would like assistance when you arrive, just email ahead of your visit and a team member will be ready to help.

Each of the three screens includes dedicated spaces for guests who require a wheelchair space, along with companion seats

There are accessible toilets available on the same level as the screens.
