Accessibility at York Student Cinema

The venue is near a car park with disabled spaces, and there are nearby wheelchair-accessible toilets.

Our wheelchair accessibility is very poor. Wheelchair users are able to enter, but every row of seating except the first can only be accessed via stairs. The seating itself is very narrow and rigid and would be very difficult to transfer into. Be advised the view will be very poor whether you transfer or not, as the first row of seating is very close to the screen. It would also have you directly in front of multiple large speakers, which can be overwhelming and uncomfortable.
